About Us

Gunkel's Bakery has been a family business for over 95 years.

The current owners, Phillip and Carol Draeger, have been baking here since 1965.

The bakery is located in the heart of Wisconsin, about 90 miles Northwest of Green Bay.

The bakery is open from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM Tuesdays - Friday and 5:00 AM to Noon on Saturday. Closed Sundays, Mondays, and holidays.
